Ages: 6 yrs to adult

Teaching method
Uses a blend of Suzuki and RCM methods, supplemented with other materials according to students’ individual needs and interests. Excellent technique and musical literacy are a primary focus at all levels.

Genres
Students explore various repertoire styles as they progress.

Group Options
Intermediate Violin Group is a class for the young violinist at Grade 2-3 RCM level looking to expand their skill set beyond solo performance Areas of focus include applied theory, sight reading, and pre-chamber. Students must be enrolled in private lessons at the PGCM.

Performance Opportunities
Encourages students to participate in recitals, at least one per semester, festivals, community events and music parties.
